ATTENTION: When first signing up for our online ordering site, please carefully enter your store address. If the address is off, even by one digit, couriers charge an extra fee to redirect it which will unfortunately have to be pass on to you.
Ordering: Invoices will be issued when your order is packaged and ready for shipping. Orders must be paid prior to shipping.
Payment: By signing up for an account with us, you agree that your credit card on file will be automatically charged when orders are ready to ship.
MAP Pricing: If you plan or decide at a later date to sell Xtreme on your website you must continue to follow MAP pricing rules. Xtreme is committed to supporting our brick and mortar stores and fair pricing is the only way to accomplish this goal. MAP policies apply to in-store and online pricing.
Store Feed: We offer the 1.5 mm, 3 mm and sinking wafer as Store Feed. Store feed may not be resold, repacked or used for maintenance accounts. Store feed pricing only covers freight and handling costs so we would appreciate if you would place We Feed Xtreme stickers on two, three or more display tanks to encourage your customers to try Xtreme. Store Feed and sample bags are not included in the discounts and do not count toward order minimums.
Customer Samples Bags are packed 25 to a bag. Each sample is retail priced at 50¢ for sale to customers who want to try Xtreme. If you want the program to work, please offer them for sale and give them a 50¢ discount when they return, with the sample bag header, against any purchase they make in your shop. Either way, it will get them to return, a win-win for your store.
Amazon and other online sales. We are not looking for additional online sales. A store with a website shopping cart offering Xtreme at MAP or above, is OK. Listing Xtreme on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or any of the other online outlet is strictly prohibited unless you are authorized to do so!
